1972 Dodge Colt
Well that did not go as well as I hoped.
Clutch stop didn't work, so I need to fabricate a better design.
I think the tamer worked on first run, but data did not show any better 60 foot.
Second run was a bog, but 60 foot was the same.
So....... Tamer or Carbs?
I have been increasing tire pressure to get some tire spin.
I would have thought with the 3.09 first and 4.88 I would be there by now.
The track is well prepped, too good for my low horsepower car.
Valve adjustment seemed to kill a little HP, I was down a couple MPH.
Going back in and adding some extra clearance to see it it comes back.
After Tulsa, unless a Miracle Happens, I am going to put the 4 barrel back on to test.
November should be good down here to do some hits.
