i don't think you get there with stock heads and compression and that small of a cam with any of those combos.
i'd run it back and simplify with a single carb (holley) and maybe you see the top of the mountain with an air gap, but likely you need a single plane and flow which presents the bottle neck of the heads flow capability above .500 and compression.
so doable, but real tough row to hoe with the combo of parts you've got.
