12:05 Garage- ’70 Duster build

Once the thought enters your brain... Welcome too the club!!

When you consider that the 6.4 is already rated (probably under rated) at 485hp in a stock "car", it's easy to believe that just adding a good intake, headers and a canned tune.. you're there at 500hp mark. I mean, we're only talking about grabbing 15hp. Alot of really good cam options with MMX, HHP, FRP that should easily put a stock rotator 6.4 at 550 with a good tune. But really, a 5.7 is just as sweet.. Amazing bang for the buck! If you haven't went for a ride in Tim's car since the upgrade, you should. Unbelievably smooth and the power is anywhere you want it. My Dart with a 6.4 is a slob but will make you smile and laugh with a vulgar display of power and torque, as the bench seat has it's way with you.. but Tim's, it really let's you see the full potential.

Btw Tim... I'm watching your trash cans. Get some upgrades, buddy.
Yeah, this was the cam dyno chart I was referencing which is way more than you could put down well in most handling based A-bodies:

But you are right, the 5.7 with mild mods is a monster as well. it's the Hemi head flow that helps. Especially the Eagle ones.

Really my main concern is by the time you add all the supporting mods/swap parts for a Hemi you are in and extra 3-5k over your engine.
