But you are right, the 5.7 with mild mods is a monster as well. it's the Hemi head flow that helps. Especially the Eagle ones.

Really my main concern is by the time you add all the supporting mods/swap parts for a Hemi you are in and extra 3-5k over your engine.
I agree.. the supporting stuff is the big sting and what turns alot of people off. This A body swap really hurt, compared to my A100 hemi swap.. The A100 didn't need special headers, pan, steering box. I really didn't have anything invested in the 5.7 other than having the heads done with springs, a used 6.4 cam/lifters but the stand alones for the engine and trans. But, once it's done, it's done! I'll never go back on either one and no regrets.
