Anyone Live Around New Bedford, Massachusetts ? Trying to Get A Rear Fender to Indiana

I am looking to buy a rear fender for a 37 Nash off of a guy in New Bedford, MA. He's not interested in shipping it and I need the fender.

Trying to figure out how to get it to Indiana.

Ideas?
