A500 42RH Crossmember template?
heres how it's done. You have to tack weld the stock floor shift arm to a piece of steel angle and weld up a bracket locating the arm. This way when you put it all back together the arm is located in the same spot. I still have the jig I use to make 2 of these, but lack the time lately. This can be easily done with solid rod stock the same diameter as what the OEM shifter rod is made from, a little fab skillz, and a mig welder.
