Mag wheel left and right hand thread lug nut sources

Hi all, perhaps you can help me.
First, what the actual thread pitch,type is on a 1963 Valiant
Secondly , who,what source has left hand and right hand mag lug nuts , preferably black for said application to install US Indy and Ansen mag wheels.
