New axles and 10 inch drum brakes in the rear. Disk upfront. I have purchased a rear disc brake kit for a winter project

I am grateful to have been accepted. I have already scrolled around the site as I have a ton of electrical gremlins and the site has been very helpful.

I want to change the carpet in the rear area and put down sound proofing. I am having a hard time removing the back seat. I successfully removed the rear seat cushion. I successfully removed the divider between the trunk and passenger compartment. I cant seem to figure out the rear Seat Back. This is the hinged seat back that is unlocked with the barracuda handle. There are two 1/4 caps crews each side but nothing seems to free up the seat back. Looking for help
