yep, it's a good intake for your 318. I personally would use the auto parts store over the counter fel pro gaskets for a 360/340.

Definitely want the 340/360 composition gaskets instead of metal 318 ones, also make sure to check the heat cross over passage they will plug solid with carbon deposits etc, and will need to be cleaned out throughly before installation.
