I can quickly see this thread turning into a bunch of rusty car pictures.
Lets see some Before and After's.
Although not an A-Body, had I not got this car it would have died in that field.
This is a car I purchased in 2010 and restored in my garage, it is a genuine retired CHP car.
As the car was found, sitting for 30+ years
Major rust in the rear window and floor.

My God!
Back in '91 or '92 I bought a '69 Mustang (for parts) that looked like that. Thought I could drive it all the way home (about 3-4 miles), but after the steering wheel started shaking VIOLENTLY at 35 MPH, needless to say it didn't make it on it's own.
But on the "plus" side, the car was easy to cut apart!

Here is the one I've been trying to start on for years but I am finally getting off my ***. Parts are almost all on hand (it's a lot) and work will begin a I make room. Originally a MN car, stuck in a single car garage after an accident in '78.

I'm sure mine isn't the worst by a long shot, but at the time when I restored it there were much better cars available so a lot of people thought I was nuts...

Makes me feel pretty good about paying half that for my 65 Barracuda. Their ad seems to indicate that you can restore this car and still make money at 15k. Funny.
