Yeah, and I know of at least one Gen 1 SBC (383 stroker with decent ported iron "turbo 292" heads) street car ('70 Firebird) with near 12:1 that has 257/269 @.050 .493/.512 on a 108 LSA, 3.73 gears, and a T10 and it's got "just the right amount" of camshaft.
