What is front wheel minimum back spacing?

Greetings to FABO. Hope everyone is well. Many questions were answered on my last two threads but one. What is the minimum back spacing allowed on 68 Barracuda with 73+ disc brake conversion. Received many answers as to what would fit but different wheel and tire combinations were involved without much back spacing information or if provided; did not fit my wheel availability. Thought I would take a different approach. The following are my front wheel options. Question 1: Will I have clearance issues with 205/60-15 on either 15X6 3.25in BS, 15X6 3.75in BS, or 15X7 4in BS. Question 2: Will I have clearance issues with 205/70-14 on either 14X5.5 3.75in BS or 14X6 4in BS. Thanks.

Thanks for providing all the relevant information! More than enough to answer your questions.

For 1- All of these combinations will fit. Of the 3 the 15x6 with 3.25” of backspace will be closest to the fenders, the other two are better choices.

The 205/60/15 is a pretty short tire, personally I would recommend a 205/65/15 or a 215/60/15. For the 215 I’d skip the 3.25” backspace option for sure.

For question 2- Same, both of these combinations should fit easily.

You need to measure yourself! Your car was mass produced and not all of them are exactly the same. Let alone you changed the front end.

C’mon man. Really no point in posting this at all. The OP posted more than enough information, the change in track width for the 73+ brakes is well known, and really only one of the possible combinations he posted is even marginally close to anything (15x6 3.25” backspace). The rest will be clear by inches and are combinations run by tons of other members. It’s not like he’s trying to put 285’s up front.
