I had lunch with an old friend that has to have had a stroke. I couldn't understand him. It is hard seeing someone in that shape. He couldn't read the menu. I can't believe he is allowed to drive. Most uncomfortable 1 1/2 hours I could experience.

That's tough. I have a hard time visiting friends when they get sick like that. A friend got a leg infection and is now in a wheel chair. I need to drive out for a visit. I need to muster up some strength and get it done. For him and not because it may be uncomfortable for me. I don't know why I am like that. A big character flaw for sure.
