There's a 50 hp gap between 1st and 23rd. And 1st is a 238° and 23rd is a 244° obviously the other cam specs are pretty different.

For average hp:
The difference between #1 and #2 is 7.9 hp
The difference between #2 and #14 is 6.8 hp.
