I'm looking at an engine block he advertised on FB marketplace, specifically a 5.2 magnum block that had been sleeved on #8, blasted clean, baked, jet washed, decked, bored to honing diameter for .030 over. Their website is stoversps.com. The shop owner told me he acquires blocks and reconditions them. He explained that the #8 cylinder had rust pitting that required boring .050 to remove, hence the sleeve. He said that the sleeve is heavy enough that it would allow for .060 over safely if ever desired.
