Stovers Power Sports- Lisbon Ohio

Thanks for weighing in Johnny Mac, it's good advice, I'm going with a junkyard engine. I've been happy with the power of my current 318 that developed a crack in the block after 2 seasons and 5000 miles. My oldest son and I rebuilt it together, it was my first fully built engine and his too at age 15. He and I were pretty disappointed to find that out after it going so long. The good thing is that it didn't show up until after my 2 sons and I completed the whole Hot Rod Power Tour with it last summer. Anyway, I'm going 5.2 magnum because my nice new torque converter is for an internal balanced engine. So it's really for cost and time savings. I know it doesn't make sense in value per cubic inch, but I play with the cards I'm dealt. One day I hope to have one of your Blueprint 408s in my car!
You can easily just grab the flexplate with the 5.9 (360) and that will allow you to use your neutral ballance converter. You will only need to slot one torque converter bolt hole slightly. Easy peasy
