They aren't small block heads but 440 source has what they call "stealth heads". I agree it would be nice but I also wonder if the lack of "meat" results in other issues. Personally, I like the look of what are obviously not stock heads but agree it would be cool to have the option for those of us who care about the stock look/locations of things.

The shape is a result of improved water jackets, I’ve read. I cannot attest to the authenticity.seems like there could be some room for compromise.
I’m in both camps. I have a couple race builds with aluminum heads and I like the billet look too but I also have a #’s matching 340 car and would love to have a “stealth” head on that.
