Lipstick on a pig is the best way to describe it. I’ve seen some of his stuff too and it’s more art than anything else. The way he does things (most of the time) would make a proper fabricator cry. When you see a car built by ringbrothers or kindig or watch a guy like Jesse James shape metal you’ll know what I mean. Or look at something built by Nelson supercars (NRE), if you can leave it in bare metal it’s a true work of art in my opinion.

Ian is way more throw back to the original days of car building than those other guys, who all build cool stuff too, but those builds cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Ian is more building for the every day guy. I think his stuff is awesome. Hand fabricated all by himself without a huge crew and budget.
