Teenagers suck

My neighbor's kid recently turned 18 and immediately started causing trouble. He had a good job with an outfit, but they also hire ?? foreigners ?? I could not get from the neighbor just what these guys are. Anyway, the kid could not get along with them and got fired. BEFORE he got fired, he ran his pickup off the road and down a steep bank into some trees. No idea what really happened, but he was probably screwin off and is damn lucky. So he bought another pickup, and immediately started putting **** wheelwell lights in the thing EVEN THOUGH the brake light(s) were inoperateve. I jumped him about it (saw him leaving the hood) and so did his dad. THEN he SAWED OFF THE muffler.
