99.9% sure this is a solid lifter and not an anti-pump up lifter correct?

A lot of the Mopar solids are made that way. It's like a hydraulic lifter body with a solid "thimble" (For lack of a better word at the moment) in place of the metering disc and plunger assembly. Probably ighter than a conventional full solid lifter.
