Another forklift question

Thanks to both of you for the replies. I picked up a manual from eBay not long ago, I'll flip through it to confirm fluid and/or oil type.

The power steering pump doesn't sound happy either, and I'm thinking incorrect fluid could explain these things. I'm hoping it's as simple as that.
