65 Formula S carb type....please

And before anyone bags me, YES.....I have tried searching for the answer, but I'm either typing the wrong question, or the search thing is stuffed.

So.......is anyone able to simply tell me what type of carb a 65 Formula S is meant to have. ?
Carter AVS......but what number ???
