SBM Edelbrock/Speedmaster Head Data

Thanks for the kind words ABDYWGN.
Ovalport was the way forwards for Mother Mopar after the hemi ban indeed.

But small blocks were looming in Nascar after the Keith Black (Rossi) 302ci was run in 1971.
If there was more funding for the 305ci program then the W2 would have been awesome too.

Gary Pavlovich supplied us with all the parts to build to 402ci Poly.
Back then it was assumed the 2.02 was the valve to have, for the Poly.

But now with some trick 'Poly' porting done since then it seems its a 1.950 is best.
As the Poly head is a semi hemi it doesn't need Wedge size valves to make them flow.

The 402ci Poly we built some ten years ago is a screamer and maybe makes 450hp.
We don't have flow benches or taken it down the track, as its too rare to break.
