All that said, if this is the engine you were talking about running with a turbocharger I would be inclined to suggest a larger capacity oil pan with baffles like a Kevco pan.
Here is a picture of the baffle in a Milodon stock replacement oil pan you can see how simple it would be to fab something similar to add into a cheap Summit replacement pan.
