They are like trifocals with no lines. I read from the bottom and the focal length changes as you look up towards the top of the lens. So I pret-near fall going down stairs and I’ve been wearing my hat low to force myself to hunt from the tops; cuz I am used to looking out over the tops of my reading glasses. I haven’t figured out how to shoot with them!!

I've literally turned mine upside down when I work over my head, just out of frustration. Likewise with front sight post acquisition.... But I really try to not become dependent on special things for range time. Odds are, you're not getting into something while on an actual shooting range
