The car did not come with a billboard. The French citizen who ordered it preferred the simple and sleek look of the car without it. It was the American man who found it who thought it would look much more eye-catching with the billboard. He was a computer expert and had a mill. I believe the build sheet and the fender tags were both altered. I didn’t think much of it at the time. But, that dusty six figure pile of old car and dust has become quite important to someone who believes what has been said about it. After listening to many conversations with Galen Govier, I realize how important “numbers matching” can be.
