I know that they switched the water pump design in 1970. Was that the year they moved the timing mark?

Is it fair to state that the Toni g mark on the drivers side is 1970 and up?

Timing mark moved the same year as the water pump change because the lower rad hose was blocking it. That timing cover fits 70 up.
