73 Dart Sport Sunroof Help

My car is also a 73 Dart 340 Sport with sunroof. My sunroof panel will only work by cranking it along with tugging on it with my other hand. I'm hoping when I get to it that maybe a good cleaning and lube will free it up enough to work properly. The gear at the crank doesn't look to be worn. I do remember that someone on this site was offering reproduction gears a while back.

Mine was the same, the gear was worn and wouldn't connect with the cables. Never found a new gear but I shaved the gear side of the block to the cables and shimmed the backside of it so the cables were back tight against the gear. Hope that makes sense. Been working great for the last 4 years after fixing it.
