Probably a good deal if they have genuine ARP bolts. There has been a significant amount of counterfeit ARP bolts out there. And speedmaster has been known to counterfeit parts. Although I have no issue with there bare smallblock heads
This is true^^^. When I bought the rods I have I tracked down the importer and he gave me his account number at ARP so I could call and verify he was actually buying from ARP enough to say he’s actually using their bolts.
He told the truth but I would verify some way the seller actually uses ARP stuff. And that they gave bought and are buying enough bolts to cover what they import.
