UNTIL it gets oil pressure on the gauge, I would vary the RPM down low between like 1500 and 2000. Once it gets pressure on the gauge, IMMEDIATELY get the RPM up over 2500. Low RPM won't hurt it those first few seconds before it gets pressure.
