Nothing. Adjust the valves cold before you do the initial break in. It will be fine. Then you can readjust as needed. Opinions vary greatly on this. I've been doing this since 1974 and I have never and will never adjust valves on a running hot engine. Ain't happenin. I adjust cold and let it ride and I've never had an issue.
