With respect, This opinion is worthless. Not all OE radiators work well. Typical pump gas fuel isn't the same as it was, it boils off. You live in Ontario. Does it get to 112 out there? 140+ on the pavement? Standing Traffic ? Do you run ethanol blended gasoline? You probably never had vapor lock in Ontario. Some stock radiators are inadequate in such environments. I never had a 22" radiator that could keep up with the heat in a southern driven car, in the afternoon... A stock 26" does okay, even for several hours but not with several of the aforementioned conditions combined. The opening for the overflow bottle impedes the cooling system, boiling off when overheated. I drove a 73 RR across I-10 and the overflow would leak out.
