Rod Bolts - Who Made These?

Does anyone know what manufacturer made these rod bolts? I bought a stroker assembly recently that was supposed to come with ARP 8740 rod cap screws and the rods had these instead. I'm guessing P1 is the manufacturer, but I can't find anything on them. Is it worth complaining about?

Interestingly, they swapped out pistons too and included pistons from RaceTec instead of the Icon ones that were advertised...
