I was just over at the Dyno yesterday with a 408 .
13.4 compression, ported trickflows with bigger valves, ported super victor intake, solid roller 263-270 cam and it was making peak power around 6800.
I guess those Indy heads could be big but I agree with prh, that is a glitch.
