Camshaft/Engine Experts - Opinion Needed

I wouldn’t scrap any of it. I’d keep the engine together and stick it on a run stand, get it running and sell it complete. If it’s in as good a shape as you describe then it has use for someone. Typically a camshaft that size means the entire engine has been built to handle it. I’d look for a piston part number and any other clues that it’s been built correctly
