Bullseye!

Bought a backup camera for my box truck that is mounted in a license plate frame.
Problem is, the license plate is mounted on the far left edge of the truck.
So, I mounted the frame, with steel filler panel on the frame of the lift gate.
It works okay for hooking up a trailer, and making sure there's nothing behind me..... but I try really really hard not to have to back up, and if I do, I crank the wheels so I can see what's behind in the mirror.
I don't use the camera much.
You know...I've never really thought about this! On my Ridgeline the camera is smack dab in the center of the back of the car, and this works out really slick for lining up a trailer.

I guess that's one thing it has going for it....

But I absolutely hate the outdated, POS, "infotainment" system that Honda still puts in the Ridgelines to this day (very common complaint on the Ridgeline Forum), but I'm stuck with it, as it (the screen) covers way too many functions, and no one makes a suitable drop-in replacement.
