It's not quite 90*. I had a set that I took to a machine shop and asked for just that, and bolt heads would touch on one corner, wouldn't bottom out squarely. I think they're something like 7* off from a true 90*, favoring the top side. I was gonna get some tapered washers made to make up the difference, and I never did. I ended up scrapping those heads.
I currently have another set of them that I would like to get drilled correctly to accept an LA intake.
The subject of a drilling guide to accomplish this is a sore subject among many here at the site.
