Stop in for a cup of coffee

well, things are finally starting to turn around for me I think.

I have just decided to completely scrap my 318 build and go for a 360 with a "healthy" amount of nitrous. I went and bought a 360 short block today and after talking with the guy for a little bit; he threw in the cam, new cam bearings, pushrods, lifters, and the old timing set. Even though I am not using the timing set and pushrods it was a nice gesture. Its std. bore and is painted with all new freeze plugs installed. $300 all told. What made this a smokin deal was that I asked about a small block 727 sitting there and he took $200 for it. $500 all told and I now have a ready to assemble 360 and good 727.

Nice work on the deal. Sounds like it's going to have a nice noise to it that you can share with the neighbors.

Good to see you roll back through
