Lest yall think this project has stalled, it has not. Got my new balancer on and the exhaust mannyfold mounted. Waitin on some stainless fasteners so I can bolt the intake and exhaust mannifolds together and tighten everything up. Thanks for the balancer washer, @Garrett Ellison.
