What current rating for an alternator replacement.

I have a 1973 Dodge Dart sport with air conditioning. The bearings in the alternator are making noise so I think it's about to go. I see a 60 amp alternator and a 90 amp alternator on Parts Geek. Is the 60 amp large enough to buy or should I go with the 90 amp? Thanks for anyone's help.
