I have a 68 and up tach. Like TMM said, what year of rally dash? 67 is one yr only, but they mount zactly the same.

I blushingly don't know the difference, but this is a pic from the car before we started the project for reference. To your point, it doesn't sound like the type/year matter because an OEM tachometer would fit either way?
