Dang it. I should have cleaned it up inside before I fired it up. I turned it to 300° to warm it up and the temp wouldn't come down when I set it on smoke. Shut it down, take out the grates, sear plate, and the base plate out. I vacuumed out the belly and the fire box and scraped the big chunks off the plates. All to get to the temp probes which I cleaned with a stainless steel scrubber. Back in business now!
