Dropped the tank and pulled the pump. Nothing obvious wrong anywhere. Only thing left was maybe the pump was running backwards. That seemed unlikely since I’m very careful with my wiring. Reversed the polarity and the pump pumped fuel!! Then I saw how I screwed up. I used a HD trailer connector at the pump and connected red to positive from the battery relay and red to the red lead on the pump. I wired them at different times and never noticed that they wern't a matching pair. A senior moment strikes again!!!!
