Stop in for a cup of coffee

the one and only time in my life I have ever been in or near Cedar rapids.... 2 Sundays ago.
Today in the mail I get a freaking speeding ticket by camera...... 66 in 55...
im not far (enough) away from CROOK county IL.... (where Chicago is and one reason I go outta my way to avoid driving in or near) I didnt know anyplace else had such a scam..... Crook county is well known for it....
I was in Iowa for a Marketplace run, 2 stops for D250 parts.... first one in CR the 2nd stop was in Gilman, or Grinell, something like that.... they gotta make up for cheap gas somehow I guess.... I dont even know where this was... like I say im not familiar with the area... the address on it says "NB 1380@Diagonal Dr"....
at least they POST in crook county that youre in a "camera enforced" area.... (mostly red traffic control lights) I never remember seeing such signs regarding this scam anywhere on the roads that day.... Damn damn damn....NOT what I need......Its definitely my truck, my plate....they show pix..... It would cost me more than the $75 to go back and contest it.....
so being as how the registration is in both mine and my wifes name.... which one gets "credited" with this against their license? What happens if I had loaned my truck out that day (in which case neither of us were driving... not the case but Im guessing that happens all the time like kid driving parents car, etc) I was "only" gone 13 hours that day... and this cherry on top.... it says I went thru it at 10:28 am which would have been shortly before my parts stop in CR....
