How to remove pin that hold the feet inside the steering coupler

heat & a press or a *strong* vice with a socket to back it up.

the last two i did, one yielded to the vice without too much coaxing. the other demanded the 12T hazard fraught press and some map to get moving. YMMV, RNT, PAYOR
