Here's a stock low cr 318 long block,
Base stock 2bbl with headers
Mod 1 add 4bbl and xe262h
Mod 2 carb spacer

if you look a 4bbl and mild ish cam added a lot of low end torque over Base and base has headers so there would even be a bit better gains if they measured Base with stock 2bbl with manifolds.
