Solid Lifters?

I’m running a set of Comp Cams 2901-16 solid lifters with a flat tappet cam but my lifters are the ones with a small hole in the face of them for oiling.

I bought the ones with the oil hole in the face too. As did several guys I hang with.
All from Howard’s, zero issues with any of them at all
