340 cam for 318

Yea if these 318 guy's would just throw in a Whiplash cam, dual plane intake with small Holley and headers would solve about 10 pages of drivel.
Why is it that just about everyone building a 318 has no money and want's to do it on the cheap.
Problem is all the naysayers come along and argue about cr v/p velocity displacement and just confuses the OP's and freezes them like a deer in headlights cause they don't know which way to go after. I imagine the OP's aren't looking for miracles, most just want their car little more like a muscle car, the combo don't need to be perfect especially like you said most want to do it on the cheap.
