Car won't start, maybe fuel pump?

It would almost all have to be done with the sniper setup to eliminate the mechanical fuel pump. The blank screen is probably the biggest clue...reboot but how.

That was my guess. Because he said other things on the screen were not working too. Like it needs reprogramming.
