Bumper jack spring and hook!

Your year uses a spring with a hook on both ends. None of those parts you show are correct for your car except for maybe the large wing nut that would hold the spare tire down. Even it doesn't look quite right. If you still have the jack instruction sheet glued to your trunk lid, look at that for the parts you need and how they install. If not, they're available new reproduction. The long stud to hold the spare tire down is a carriage bolt who's head slips into a slot bracket welded to the trunk floor.
